I wasn't sure if it would be low brightness, but this is bright. I love it to go with my manger scene for Christmas. However, I will be using it for another light source after Christmas. It isn't remote control, but just pick it up and easily turn it off or on. Sturdy and great value . Get it!!

It’s not as cute as the pic shows. The base is plastic white which cheapens the look. But it was a nice addition to our nativity so I kept it. It would be better if it operated on a 6 hour timer. As it is, you have to turn it on and off.

I’m astounded at how many reviews point out “cheaply made†and “overpricedâ€. The item is listed, in incredible detail, of all the materials...I can’t wrap my mind around people who scroll through it like a freight train and buy it just to be surprised at what they paid for...lol. If you’re not fond of the price of the materials...don’t buy it. I understand it’s a problem if the light doesn’t work and you need a replacement. Things like that happen. Annoying, but fixable.I bought this lamp with a complete understanding of what I paid for. It arrived safely packaged and lit properly after putting the batteries in. No damage. No faulty light. The lamp gives off soft, warm light which is exactly what I was going for. I wasn’t expecting a little moon lamp to light up the whole room. It’s the aesthetic I was going for. I’m happy. All around fair purchase.

This is nicely made and looks like the picture. I wish it had a timed switch as many decorations now do. You have to use this in a place where you can turn it on and off each time you use it.

This is terrible quality! The hot glue is spread and dried up. The ends of the moon haven't been covered by the jute thread and the black metal is still seen. The light switch on and off has been stuck on the stem (and this is not there in the primary image). Ultimately it looks nothing like the primary image and looks more like a second graders art project.
