I bought the 15 ft w/ rope lights, basketball goal, and sprinkler. The rope lights were delivered first followed by 2 separate packages (trampoline, net assembly). The assembly time for me was around 3 hrs. The instructions were easy to follow and all hardware was delivered. I was most impressed with the quality of everything from the springs,padding,net,rope lights, even the basketball hoop and backboard are good quality material, but most importantly is the structural integrity of the frame and tensile strength 💪 of the mat. Ps...customer service is top notch THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT ðŸ‘

We absolutely love this trampoline! We got the 14ft one and its the perfect size! Our kiddos have had a blast on it! Everything seems to be solid and safe for my kids! My husband and I also were able to get on it with our 3 kids and everything held together perfectly! The sprinkler/lights do come at a different date than the trampoline, we got those in the mail yesterday so we have yet to try that out but Im sure they will work great! We reached out to customer service for a small thing (just had a broken piece on the basketball hoop) and they got back to us super fast and are sending us a new hoop! I would 1000% recommend them if you’re looking for a safe, reliable and fun trampoline for your family!

The trampoline is great! It's exactly what I was hoping for. My kids love it and the weight limit is well beyond what is needed. The tools that came with it aren't the best but the material is premium. So you may need your own tools to put every thing together securely but overall I couldn't have bought a better trampoline that is safe and fun. Assembly isn't too bad but you have to follow the instructions. You may have to use some muscles to pull the springs in place. 5 star Trampoline!

We bought this trampoline in May and my kids love it! Not only did it come with string lights but it has a sprinkler on it too. One of the top poles recently bent and I contacted customer service to see how to purchase a new one. Within hours of my inquiry, I was called and a new pole is being sent at no cost to me. This is amazing service in my eyes! Now my kids willBe able to enjoy their trampoline again and we can feel safe about their enclosure!

It broke within 3 days of having it. Set up like instructions said, tied down so wouldn't move. 4 kids were on it when the frame bent. Poles are made of thin metal and much smaller than previous trampoline frames. It's crap. Never had that happen in the 20yrs of owning trampolines. Lights and sprinkler took weeks to get to us but it wasn't until after we put in to return the trampoline that they sent a new pole. Company doesn't pay for return shipping either. Thats over $200 to return it. DO NOT BUY

Had a couple of hiccups, but got this together well and kids love it. Wrong size net was originally shipped, but was quickly made right by manufacturer. Kids love the sprinkler and LED lights that come with this trampoline. Be prepared it does come in several different packages. Gave four stars due to the set up with little direction, because it’s a job! But it’s well built and overall great!

After taking everything out and starting to build I realized that it did not come with the sprinkler or LED lights. Not happy with that when it states on the info it states it came with it.
