I remember when fidget spinners were a huge fad. I don't own any but 3D printed a few and just didn't see the merit in them. I admit they're helpful for a lot of folks, just not for me. I got a hex shaped fidget toy a while ago, which features different fidget devices on it's six surfaces. The devices include a joystick, rocker switch, clicking wheels and so on. The issue I have with the hex shaped fidget toy is nearly all of the fidget devices on it are loud when used.I've been wanting to take a fidget device to work but as I work in an office, a device that makes loud noises would likely get me unwanted attention. So, I decided to try this cube out. It's sitting in a drawer in my desk at work. The cube segments do make some mild clacking noises as you "morph" the cube with your fingers, but unless you're in a very quiet room, no one would take much notice (unless the clacking noise happens to be audible and nerve wracking for them!). But what really makes this cube my top choice is the fact that you don't have to look at it to morph it.Hence, my review title. Are you one of those folks that can stylishly whip a pen around your fingers any way you want, so long as you don't focus on it? This fidget cube might be up your alley. My fingers get sweaty easily, so I long ago forsook pen fidgeting as I invariably end up flinging the pen away unintentionally. Even with sweaty fingers, I can flip the segments of this cube around full speed (as long as I'm not focusing on it, of course!).One nuance that's surprised me is this cube assembly is really loose and feels flimsy as a result. But even with me occasionally jamming segments up and trying to force the segment through the desired motion, nothing has broken. However, I suspect that this cube won't survive a drop to hard flooring or twisting motions (such as morphing the cube to a flat state and putting it in a jeans pocket) so I don't think this would be good for children (or adults) that like to bend and twist things to see how far they'll go.Finally, I have one more observation that may sway you to or away from this cube: This is NOT a puzzle cube. I've shown my cube to some coworkers and many balked that it was "too easy to be a puzzle." until I told them this is a fidget device. The cube is one uniform color (except the links). Also, consider the context of "Infinity" here. I assumed this meant that you can shift this cube into all sorts of shapes and sizes. That is incorrect. There's really only four or five configurations you'll morph the cube in constant motion. "Constant motion" better describes what this cube can do. You can endlessly perform motions to morph this cube. There is no way without modifying the cube to bind it, no matter what you move the segments to, you can move them around, just only in one or two ways. So, this is why I emphasis this is a good fidget device for someone that wants something to engage their hands and fingers while leaving their eyes and other senses free. That's how I use this cube and I'm satisfied with it in that regard.

Smaller than imagined but does what it needs to do! The green isn't as vivid as the picture.

The cube reminds me of the Jacob's ladder toys I had as a kid in general principles but this has folding. The hinges work well and the color is pretty. My husband is even more fascinated with these than I am but it's fun to play with when I'm trying to think through a work challenge. The colors are accurate and this is a visually interesting infinity cube. The imagery is printed on the cube, no sticker application. That's much better and makes for a better cube. The cube is a little loose in movement but not too loose. Overall, a fun infinity cube to add to our fidget toys collection.

I don't get it, but kiddo thinks its great. He sits and messes with it while I quickly got bored. I'm not a fidgeter however and he most certainly is. This is much less annoying to sit near than him tapping his pencil or kicking his chair repeatedly. So I guess in a way it was a gift for me as well :)

This has a good feel to it. The corners and edges are rounded so it's pleasant to hold. The motion is smooth. The hinges have a loose range of motion - but it's designed that way. There's a bit of a rattle sound to it - so it's not a silent toy. It's easy for an adult to hold and manipulate in one hand. It seems to be very durable. The green color is marbled and pretty. This will make a great stocking stuffer.

Super tiny, my 6 year old grandson dropped it on the floor and it shattered. So don’t waste your money!

This cube is amazing! I love the twisting and rotating motions that can keep me busy for hours. I’ve used it while on long video conferences to keep focused and it has worked marvelously. It’s small enough to carry around or pop on a bag. Well worth it and better than a lot of other fidget toys around.

First infinity cube I’ve come across, and so far so good. I can’t speak to how sturdy or durable it is because I’ve only had it for a couple of hours, but it seems like it would be fine with ‘proper’ use (probably wouldn’t survive being run over by a car, for instance, and I wouldn’t recommend trying to force it in weird directions).Pros: highly fidget-able; perfect size (for me at least) to fiddle with one-handed or with both hands; nice smooth plastic; loose enough joints that there’s no effort required to fold it and figure out how it moves; really cool colour.Cons: the smoothness of the plastic makes it slippery and droppable; it is impossible to play with quietly - it rattles and clacks to a degree that is likely to be annoying to bystanders; the joints are loose enough to make it a bit wobbly.Over all, I’m glad I got this to fidget with. Not being a connoisseur of infinity cubes, I have no idea how it compares to others, but it suits me just fine and I see no reason to shell out twice as much money for a “better” one.

This product I love. I had the plastic knockoff of this, and I destroyed it from overuse. This fidget with the metal pins it makes it sturdy, durable, and easy to use. I love this fidget and will buy again at some point for a backup.

I wanted a new fidget toy to keep my hands busy and this one seems to be doing the job. I can flip it over and over with one hand and it's pretty satisfying. It is a little small, but I don't think that's a bad thing as I can play with it in one hand. For the price, really cannot go wrong.

I've seen and tried a lot of different little fidget things and none of them do anything for me. This one though is nice. I like the quality of it, and the colour is cool, and it "scratches my brain" nicely lol
