This heavy-duty large scoop dust pan gets the job done on any quick pick-ups of larger debris and garbage. One of the key features is the ability to lock or unlock the dust pan in place. While unlocked, the pan automatically swivels vertically when it is picked up to hold the debris inside. Built-in "teeth" also clean out any wide angle broom's bristles directly into the pan. The dust pan does not fit close to floor so dirt does not sweep into it. Tried to use it and make it work, but no luck. Bad design. Heavy and awkward to use. Both my husband and I tried to make it work. Forget it.

I have always found the Libman brand to be of high quality and very functional.Not disappointed here. Sturdy handle but also lightweight so I can manage yard debri without hurting by back.Worth the money as I will have it for many years, due to the good quality construction.
