Product came very well packaged. I was a little nervous about ordering these specific jacks because of the photos shared by other buyers of the boxes destroyed during shipping, with parts falling out. This absolutely was not the case with my shipment. The four jacks were packed in two boxes, which were banded together with nylon shipping straps, and then the whole thing was shrink-wrapped in clear plastic. Mine had no shipping damage at all.I ordered these because the ones on my 4.5 year old travel trailer had gotten super rusty. Chunks of paint and metal were falling off of them. I always try to upgrade when I have to replace something, so I chose the 9,000 lb jacks to replace the flimsy no-name ones on my 6,500 lb trailer because I figured they would be sturdier.Man, are they sturdier! The shipping weight on these is 64lbs. For fun, after I installed these I put the old ones into the boxes and weighed them - 28lbs. So the new jacks are 36lbs (9 lbs per jack) heavier! In the first photo you can see them side by side (sorry about the shadow!) If you look closely at the rusty one, they used very thin metal, and rolled the edge to create a lip to add strength, The new jacks appear to be made of metal that is at least twice as thick. The hardware all appears to be sturdier, and the jackscrew seems to be better protected from road debris when they are retracted. Note that the new jack appears to be smaller in the picture, but that is just the perspective of the photo. They are the same width and height. In addition to the four jacks, the packaging included four stick-on templates for drill hole placement (stick them to your frame where you want to mount the jacks and use the holes to drill for the mounting hardware), 16 self-tapping bolts, an 11/32 drill bit for drilling mounting holes, a 9/16 magnetic nut driver bit for your drill or impact driver to install the bolts, and a 3/4 inch magnetic nut driver bit to use to raise and lower the jacks.I lucked out and found that the new jacks had the same mounting hole positions as my old ones, and the factory used good quality bolts with nylock nuts, so I was able to use my old hardware. I think that my total time to remove the old jacks and install the new ones was about 15 minutes.I haven't used them in an actual camping situation yet, but I did use them to stabilize the trailer in its parking space and I feel like these were worth every penny and good value for the price. I would (and will) absolutely recommend.

I had a scissor jack ben beyond use on my camper and, knowing that two others were not in great shape, I bought this set of 4 jacks and replaced all of them. These are much heavier than the ones I replaced and were very easy to install. I was even able to mount the front jacks in a slightly different place to make them more accessible when setting up the camper. One of the reasons I chose this set was because it had all the hardware needed to do the installation. The socket driver for the screws and the socket to run the jacks up and down with a drill were great additions to the package. The supplied drill bit wasn't the greatest, so I had to buy another bit at the local hardware store, but that wasn't unexpected. The jacks operate very smoothly and my battery powered drill driver has more than enough power to raise and lower the jacks. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Had these for almost a year before I got around to installing them. The jacks have several mounting holes in the flange to accommodate as many different campers as possible. With camper manufacturer quality control iffy at best, any issues with the flange holes aligning with what was drilled into the camper frame are almost certainly due to the camper, not this product. I am not sure what the weight rating was on the stock scissor jacks for our camper, but these are bigger, heavier, and not at all thin or flimsy like the original ones, which rusted within a couple years of being new. When deployed, these give our 23' camper rock-solid stability. They do not eliminate bounce from people walking in the camper - that's not what stabilizers do. Your frame still rests on the leaf suspension axles, so you'll always have some bounce.

You can read this long winded account or you can just buy with complete confidence that the jacks are robust and built to last and it shows because this company 100% stands by its product - no unnecessary hoops to jump though too discourage warranty redemption!!I actually waited a couple weeks after receiving my replacement to be able to give a fair and accurate review and I think its annoying when reviewers say they’ll update in a couple weeks and never do.I bought 4 stabilizers 7500series , they came new as advertised and along with the units came bolts, 2 attachments for hand drill and manual crank. Everything seemed great as I was using them to raise a trailer im building but ultimately they will be mounted to the frame of my 2021 Winnebago Travato KL (promaster). One day I came into my garage and the trailer was on the ground and it seemed a jack had failed and got bent. To be fair and which I honestly disclosed to Libra, I can’t say if the jack failed or my dog or more likely my dumb exgf knocked it over. She was often high and would lie like a dirty old rug. Suffice it to say there was no point questioning her so I contacted libra and they asked for pictures which was absolutely reasonable and the very next day they confirmed a replacement unit would be sent out. I was surprised to see my order came in complete in only a few days. I dont know about you but Ive been receiving used or returned items being advertised as new from a lot of vendors here in amazon. I have no problem with used when that’s what I pay for with a discount or when like in this case what Libra did. Which I hope that other companies who are falsely selling used stuff under the label of new will take note of. This is how you handle your inventory that comes back to you. I know im beating a dead horse here but I dont think anyone reads this far so im gonna vent a little…I dont even care if its been opened and used or whatever but if they can make it so I don’t know that fact upon immediate visual inspection then I have no issues but companies are getting lazy and just sending us returned items without any quality checks and hoping we dont complain during a pandemic no less! I for one send all those back but in this case where the company is going above and beyond and sending me the complete 4 pack for 1 defective unit ill happily take slightly blemished non brand new items. And they really did look new just a few dead giveaways that are a bit nit picky. i have since mounted these to the undercarriage of my van and I am so glad things worked out this way as I had to modify them and take brackets off to add to make a compete set of 4 that would properly mount to my van. This is not to say they sell incomplete packages. But for my purposed which its uncommon and difficult to mount under such a small space that had no intentions originally to house these products - I believe in almost any other situation you will have no problem mounting with the complete offering that Libra sells here. I use these daily bc my parking situation isnt level so these are used daily without fail with complete confidence.I do not work for or get endorsements from this company. This is true and accurate account for my specific situation, your situation may differ. I wrote this review simply bc I believe that good companies should get recognition and hopefully this will help them grow and continue to provide great customer service.
