One of those things you buy hoping never to use. Comes with a piece of glass to test with. Took a couple of attempts before success but then it worked. The only thing I’d like more is if it had a pen clip to attach too visor so it’s where i want it to be. Don’t really like the idea of sticking adhesive mounting bracket in my nice car.

I live at the coast so I thought I'd purchase one of these for each family member. They include a test piece of glass with each. So we tested one and it shattered that glass! The seat belt cutter is a little more tricky. I feel more at ease knowing my family has this added protection.

Before installing them to the dash board of each vehicle, tested it on glass on window in older car on way to junk yard. Very pleased that it worked as advertised.

I bought one for myself and all members of my family that drive. We live in the Pacific Northwest and have a lot of water around us (rivers, lakes, ponds and ocean). A few years ago, I had a friend crash in the water and couldn't get out of her car.... she didn't survive. I wanted to have this in my car just for that reason. Want loved ones to be safe as well. It attaches right to your car where you can retrieve it easily.
