This was perfect! The product is high quality and beautifully made. Package very well to prevent damage. The best part of the experience was that I got a call from a Day Spring Representative (I'm so sorry that I can't remember her name!). I had mis-typed the spelling of my Mother's name and she called to verify how it was supposed to be spelled!! I was so thrilled that the mistake was caught, this prevented me from losing money and time. Customer Service at it's best - job well done!!!
