Just want to clear something up. I bought my LifeStraw without reading the reviews because I liked that it worked without electricity, the amount of water it filtered and held, what it filtered out and they use it in filtering out the dirtiest waters. I did notice it looked a little dusty, and thought it was used also. My thinking know that I have looked at other people reviews is that LifeStraw is not packaged in the cleanest place. Maybe it’s a warehouse will thousands of parts everywhere. Also it’s made in China. I think of the children or mother that might have boxed up the parts. With all that said, I hope it works as well as it is supposed to, I will be using this for emergencies. God bless everyone ðŸ™

Received product on 10/20/24 by USPS, opened next day to find the blue part of the tank had a 8 inch crack up one side. As I unpacked it I noticed that It looked like it had been sold and returned before. It had small scratches on it and was a bit dirty. Did not look like a new one from the factory.I will reorder this product and hope for a better out come.

This is the BEST family (neighborhood) water system out there. No power needed, no pump needed, just gravity. The unit arrived in perfect condition and the instructions are simple. The engineering is perfect for a disaster support device.
