I needed nice black dress boots for a forthcoming funeral so to say I needed them in a hurry was an understatement. I didn't have the time nor the desire to go to a store and try on boots. These boots are not only nice but they fit TTS and they are very comfortable. They would work great for those with larger calfs as they stretch well. I have worn them many times and they are holding up nicely.

Amazing boot for the money. The stretchy gusset is brilliant for bigger calves or the flexibility of wearing over pants or boot socks. I wore them all day and was stunned at comfortable they are.

Cute, but I'm pretty sure the sizes got swapped. I'm a 9.5W, but got a 9W, I might of misclicked? But it does fit, the wide might add some more room to the toe box in addition to width of foot.I didn't want to measure my calf, I'm 5' 3", just sized down to a 14, and it does fit my calves over jeans. The stretchy fabric on the back provides some wiggle room, I can fit my hand in the boot on the fabric side. I think it does change the appearance slightly, they have a wrinkly soft leather look. It looks more straight with the jeans under.

I really really wanted to be okay with these. I ordered a half size up and the fit was great. I liked the rubber sole very much; flexed for comfort/quiet. Easy to put on.The style and color were outstanding! HOWEVER; as comfortable as the stretchy material on the back makes these, they immediately slouched the entire shaft of these boots down around my ankles before I took even ten steps. The right slouched more than the left! The bunches around ankles then started to rub, especially in front. The stretchy material, upon close examination, seems poor quality-I could see where it would very possibly rapidly deteriorate, making the drooping even worse. I am so sad to have to return these.

Stylish, beautiful, well made. Fit very well and, as I do not have large calves and it is almost impossible to find boots that do not have wide calves, I appreciate that these fit closer.

Was hesitant to buy based on some of the reviews, but they fit perfectly, I do have a wide calf, and they are quite stretchy in the back, and very comfortable.
