I bought three of these for our educational program, and they are perfect for young kids! I love that they fold up and store easily -- we get so many comments on how cute the little tables are, I'm sure they would walk away if we couldn't store them easily.They are a single height and require no assembly. To disassemble, the tabletop retracts down to be level with the seats. Then the legs fold inward where they clip into place. I can easily carry two at once (one in each hand) to move them around once they are flattened. Because they are well-designed, I don't foresee any issues with them collapsing on their own. They seem sturdy and safe.As another reviewer mentioned, these a good for up to about 8yo. The older kids think they are cute, but the full size tables work better for 9yrs & up.The table seats 4 kids, you can't really squeeze in 6 like you can with some tables, but you can put two tables next to one another for more seating.Several of our families mentioned they would like to purchase one for their own use after seeing ours!

I got this for our almost 3 year old. As the weather is getting nicer I wanted a child-sized table for her that was sturdy, durable and portable. This has all 3 elements and although may seem a little $$ for a kids table I think it is well worth the money. I looked at several other styles from different manufacturers....ones with umbrella, wooden ones, all plastic ones. I liked the look of the wooden picnic tables and the ability to paint it any color but they're not portable and kind of bulky. Plus it would just be another big item that we would have to find room to store. The plastic ones had the same issues plus I don't really like the look.We've had this Lifetime table for a couple weeks now and our little girl has used it almost everyday. It's so easy for me to carry outside on the deck and bring back in....you can turn it on its side without folding it up and it fits through a standard door. It would survive the weather elements but I like to bring it inside because she likes to use it in the house too. It's the perfect size and since there are no sides it's easy for her to slide in and out without stumbling (she's a little on the clumsy side!) There's room to spread out food/snacks, do puzzles, crafts, pretend play, etc. (see attached pics). Depending on your size, it can also hold an adult with no problems. The surfaces are so easy to clean too!I plan on using it year round and will also be taking it to picnics/bonfires/tailgating/outdoor parties. Kids love having things their size and this table is totally worth it!

When I saw they had a version for children I just had to have it for my baby. Excellent table folds up and has safety features. This table will last a very long time great construction durable plastic and I feel very safe with him on tile or outside on brick. This thing has taken a beating and with a quick wipe it looks brand new again in the white. There is no building, you just pop it open and go fold it back in and lock it together easy storage I own one that is a large size that we use for buffet style Thanksgiving dinners, etc. and we have had it for over 20 years. Same brand, same quality.

No assembly.. It just unfolds in a matter of seconds and easier then I expected. I'm 5'6 200 pounds and can sit at this table comfortably without my knees touching anything. Wow! My son can sit beside me but getting out for me isn't comfortable though lol. Afterall it's toddler/ kids table.. I posted a picture, you'll have to excuse the damaged lamp shade in the background. I have a rambunctious child! 😳🤣 My son is 3 1/2 and just touches the floor with his feet. He's short for a 3 year old. This table is perfect for 2- probably 7-9 years old making the value phenomenal. Yes it does wiggle a little but seems SUPER sturdy nevertheless.. My husband is 6" tall and can side straddle.. My only concern is my son likes to try and sit on the table top part and when he gets off the table it wiggles a tad. I don't think there is anyway possible it would flip but if my son isn't careful getting off then he could fall. I try to make sure he doesn't use the table top part to sit on. For eating and for comfort alone I wouldn't seat more then 2 kids (one on each side) but if you had 4 small kids it's doable.. It comes in a brown box with thick foam protection all around. I'm glad because the box was slightly beat up but the table is perfect thanks to the foam protection. I think this table truly could last a lifetime and generations.. I want to rate 4 1/2 stars but given the options I'll rate 5. Thanks Lifetime for a great product and Amazon for carrying it! :)

We bought this 3 years ago and it's one of the best purchases we have made for our kids. We still use it all the time . My kids are 4 and 6 and it is the perfect size for them, and 4 kids can fit comfortably. It's sturdy and durable and I love that it folds flat so we can easily move it where we need it. We are always asked to bring it to family dinners since everyone we know has a small dining area so this makes it easier to fit everyone and the kids are happy to sit with their cousin. We've even taken it camping where we knew the picnic tables would be too tall for our kids. It's perfect to take outside to do messy crafts since it is so easy to clean. If we don't need it anywhere else it stays next to the play kitchen so they can serve their play food.
