A really neat set up with a lot of preset types of games to choose from. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap in the slightest. My nephew is really enjoying it. However, for whatever reason the left hoop’s sensors don’t work at all, so we’re unable to play together. I suppose I’ll have to get ahold of customer service and try and get a replacement of some kind. If not for that issue, I would definitely have given it five stars.Edit: I’ve changed my rating from three stars to five. When I had my sensor problem and got ahold of Lifetime’s customer service, they immediately rectified the problem by sending me a whole new score board with sensors, and did I mention it was free? Very quick and professional. Couldn’t recommend this product more.

Christmas present for 6 year old grandson was a great hit! Fun for children of all ages, as well as adults. Electronic scoring makes keeping score a breeze. Double baskets allow numerous games to be played. Assembly took 2 people about 6 hours. Unit snaps apart for easy transport, as well as folds for storage. Overall, excellent product with a great price!

We have four of these in our teen center and they are busy every night we are open! Hold up well to the abuse and when we needed a replacement part due to misuse, their customer support was easy to contact and shipped the replacement parts quickly and affordably!

Most negative reviews focus on assembly. I'm very handy and did most myself but it took awhile, included tools are worthless, missing one washer, some instructions imply tightening bolts up later (but better as you go), had to watch video for netting as paper instructions were minimal, and nuts take effort to tighten. Okay then. But I was sold on the stability of the larger components vs similar games and the electronics have worked fine during a very busy first week. Surprised at how many people loved it and how much use it got. Haven't had it long but assume it will last and replacement parts easily available. Wish backboard had livelier design, but that's a small nit. Folding it up takes patience but glad to better use space. Would definitely recommend but be prepared to get help putting it together.

I purchased this for my husband's birthday and my son (16) and I put it together using our own tools (it would have taken much longer with the tools that came with it.) It took us around 4 hours. However, when we got near the end of the assembly, one of the leg parts was bent and didn't fit properly. I called customer service right away to get a replacement part. I was hoping the part could be sent in time for it to be ready for my husband's birthday. But customer service said it would be 3 weeks. I understand that occasionally parts aren't perfect, but was extrememly disappointed in the customer service and 3 week wait. Later, we finally did get it assembled and it seemed to work great - it sat flat on the floor, the scoreboard worked etc. However, the first time we folded it up and then unfolded it, it no longer sat flat on the ground. The right side leg is raised and it won't sit flat at all. I did a lot of research before purchasing this. It was more expensive than every other brand except the original popashot, but I decided to purchase this because it seemed like I would get better quality for the money. I regret spending the extra money for a product that is flawed and poor customer service.

Overall, this is well worth it. It was a beast to put together; between 3 adults, it still took a couple of hours. and ultimately, one portion doesn't latch properly, so if the kids lean up against it at all, you get slack in the front and have to keep clicking it into place (I don't know how to describe that better). But overall, it was a great price, it looks great, and it's BIG! We had a different one before that paled in comparison. I'm genuinely happy with this product...now that it is together. :)

This game is really fun. Like, wow, its a blast!! BUT, for as much pure joy and fun as it is, set up is proptionately painful, frustrating, and just plain rage inducing. My family got to hear my invent about a dozen new cuss words putting it together. The instructions are good and video is helpful too. But the hardware is bad, bad, bad. It takes excessive force to get the bolts to screw into position, and the nuts are capped, furthering the problem. Resulting about every other bolt stripping out and being worthless. The stripped bolts make you fight and leave finished product loose! Be prepped for frustration fighting the bolts and the wobble of a finished product that wouldnt tighten down. Also, beware, the tools included are worthless. You need a good, well charged, drill or driver set, a socket, and tons of patience. Is it fun at the end worth it? Time will tell on these loose bolts

This item is awesome once that it is assembled. I have a shop full of tools and auto mechanics is my forte, so after reading in the reviews that it took some over four hours to assemble, it was hard for me to grasp that. But there is a lot of pieces and takes hours! But beyond that the item is great. Will randomly miss a score here and there but not often...and its not the end of the world when it happens. All of the items including the balls are of good quality, surprisingly sturdy and the adjustments are nice. Great product
