These are impressive :) They are much thicker than expected (with the heavy-duty sides) so not as easy to put a 'hard bend' in as I was planning- but they are (gorgeous and) very nice quality. I also sourced yellow 4 ply (24k rating rather than these 20k) from a different brand... but though they are 'upgraded in toughness', they do not have the reinforced edge design- though they are normal in flexibility- they aren't nearly as thick or nice as these. For our heavy industrial filthy shop, I will definitely start replacing the various flat straps we typically use with these as they 'should' last a lot longer/hold up to our abuse!*I wish there were higher capacity versions of/like these.*I would have liked the length & other HAND written dimension/specs to be permanently stamped instead of xtra-fine markered on.*Some of the stitching has imperfections (some line wave) but nothing to affect its function or make it look questionable. I imagine this thick/stiff material is hard to handle when stitching layers together.I purchased 6 & 8 ft.Read and save the paper that comes with each, it explains to your employees when this new 'toughedge' design is to be removed from service, it's different and much more forgiving. An auditor may not be familiar & question you if they see damage- I suggest highlighting the important information on the included fact sheet and laminating it. I will posting this so the guys have what they need to know what damage is acceptable and still within compliance.If these last like I THINK/hope they will, the price is reasonable.
