I had to replace my original because it was missing the suction cups and looked used already but the replacement was new. I’ve been using it almost daily for a few months with no issues. I prefer this style of signage because it’s easier on the eyes and the font looks identical to the official rideshare fonts. I’ve had several compliments from passengers on this as well.

As a rideshare driver I go through a ton of these signs. The appearance of this one I think is my favorite size far. The pastel colors are calming. I do drive for two major companies, so I simply split the names... "LyUb" and it's working out very well. The pink and green are spot on. The tiles are easy to slide into place. The little stick on cups actually screw into the placard, which I've never seen before. I love this. Definitely not popping off mid-trip. The suction seems to be holding up over the Upstate NY potholes. The touch sensor easily turns the light on and off. My only issue is with the power source. Of all the lights that I've had, I've always been able to plug them in at home to test them. With this one, I plugged it in, tried to turn it on and it just blinked a couple times and turned off. I have a 12V adapter that has a USB port, I plugged it into thay and it wouldn't work. It will only work if I plug it directly into my USB port in my car, but then I get a USB error message on my infotainment screen. I've owned my car for six years, I've had dash cams, chargers and several other lights plugged into that USB port and this is the first time I've ever seen this message. So I have to wonder what the issue is with this item, and is it doing something negative to my car??

This is not the greatest light up sign.It comes with 12 letters total. You can spell “Lyft †“Uberâ€, and “taxiâ€. That’s it.You’ll have to tape the slot in the bottom of the sign in order to keep the letters from sliding out.The little sign shines BRIGHT, but since only one suction cup is included, it hangs cockeyed from the windshield. This is not the first impression I want to make when I drive up to someone’s home.I fixed the one suction cup problem by leaning it against the dashboard.
