These fit perfectly and screw on/off better than the originals. There are 2 thread count versions - narrow and wide. The narrow has 3-4 threads and the wide has 1 thread.

Well made product. Fits as it should. Even though I only ordered four 1-1/2" diameter globe retaining rings, kit included one 1-3/8" diameter in case I measured incorrectly. (Which I could have easily done)

One of my shades was loose and finally broke free. I order these rings, threaded one on, and it secured my shade and fixed my lamp. Beautiful fit. Ordered the 1 1/2" for me. Perfect.

I thought I measured correctly but it was still too small and the company doesn't do refunds. Of course Amazon is awesome and refunded me my money anyways.
