This Jellyfish Lamp works great. It provides nonstop jellyfish action, very realistic, except they never get tired. I started out shopping for a new lava lamp for my desk. Then I came across this Jellyfish Lamp. After watching a few videos, I decided I needed one. Lightahead seems to make the most realistic ones so I bought this one. It's not the cheapest by far, but it's well made and works great. It certainly keeps me entertained throughout the day.

If you are thinking about this, just do it! The colors are vibrant and fun, the motor is SILENT, and it's easy to assemble. I share an office with another person and they didn't even know it was running until they turned around. I have received many compliments. It has been a great addition to brighten up the space and watching it is so relaxing! The tank itself is well-made too! Get it now!

I was so excited to give this to my grandson for Christmas. Together we set it up, plugged it in and it was great! Jelly fish going up and down, lights were very pretty as well. Remote control works well and is fun to change your light show in the aquarium. But after about 30 minutes the jellies just get stuck at the top and stop. The motor is still going, nothing breaks, they just stop. Emptied it all out and tried again being very careful that we follow exact instructions. Same thing happened. So disappointed that we had to send it back. It’s very pretty if only it would stay working beyond the 30 minutes.

I'd give 5* except it chews through batteries so I cannot use as my bathroom nightlight. Pretty much needs to use the included usb cable. One note- let the water get "flat" for a day and poke a small hole in each jellyish mantle with a pin to get the air bubbles out. Squeeze lightly once under the water. Once you do this the jellyfish will swim like they are supposed to! I saw reviews that said it doesn't work...it does once you get the bubbles out!

My 6 year old son loved this! We bought the version with the jelly fish. It’s well made easy to operate fill with distilled water put the jelly fish in up side down mix a drop of dish soap with the long spoon provided and your all set. It’s bright and the lighting can be adjusted to dim with the remote. The colors can change or remain one solid color of your choosing. Overall very satisfied.

I would not have bought this if I knew I should not let it run longer than five hours. This is instructions for an item that is not well made. 2nd time I turned it on - the green light had quit working. 30 days later - a couple of jellyfish no longer move. Either I received a lemon - or it is just not well made.

Bought this for my granddaughters and they absolutely loved it, then approximately 6 to 9 months later the pump quit working Since it was over a year, they would not take it back so I could replace it, disappointed… It’s A little expensive for it to quit working that soon
