Bought a few of these for all my streamlights (HL-X)The fit is really good, and the print is very clean, these are really nice and very cheap. Slips up easy, stays on nice and snug, doesn’t let any light out. Awesome product.

Sits about 1/4†away from my RC2 and has not melted even after mag dump. Quality stuff for a decent price. 10/10 so far. Purchase via website is cheaper for shipping.

This is the perfect device for limiting lens flash off your flashlight or preventing an inadvertent flood of white light in a blackout environment. I went with the quick flip version that you can easily flip to the side with your thumb or finger. The product came with the cap, enough bungee cord to fasten the cap around your flashlight mount and a rubber band that allows for the cap to flip to the side. The key for this set up is to make sure the bungee cord is nice and tight. You also need to make sure the rubber band is over the bungee cords and an inch or so from the cap so that it flips and stays just off to the side of the flashlight head. In the future I may swap out the rubber band for a zip tie, but the product works just fine with the rubber band. Overall, the quick flip lens cap is just what I was looking for and I would recommend it.

Very nicely made and fits perfect on the Streamlight Protac HL-X. The one I got was missing the "ranger band", but it doesn't effect its purpose. Overall a nice product.

I can’t speak to how this compares to the other brand, but I can say that I got one for my Surefire and then immediately bought a second for my Streamlight. Super positive click when you slide in place and no movement once it’s in place. There is a tiny bit of bleed through around the inside edge. Like maybe the 9:30 to 11 o’clock position. But to be fair it’s a stupid bright light so I don’t see that as a deal breaker. To make things even better the customer service is incredibly responsive, helpful, and just really good. I can’t wait to get ahold of some of their other products.

Cover fits perfectly onto my light with a nice small lip to keep the cover securely in place. Setup was a little confusing (watched an install vid on a similar item that required installing in the other direction and flipping the shock cord?), but once dialed in to the fit, flips easily out of the way with one finger and slips back on, locking back in onto the bezel of the light.

These covers are high quality, work great, and are reasonably priced. I've bought several and all have fit the model they're made for perfectly!
