I bought this for my son before he was born as the idea of a cold wet wipe on a newborn bum made me cringe. I chose this warmer as it was affordable and had good reviews. We used it every day for 7 months without an issue. It fits all standard size baby wipes. The wipes stayed warm and moist as long as we attended to the sponge (ensuring that it was clean and saturated and replaced when needed). Two weeks ago the heating element stopped working and the warmer started making a funny noise. I reached out to Lilmonki through their website. They’re responded immediately and sent me a replacement the following business day! I would definitely recommend this warmer and Lilmonki. Excellent product and customer service. Thank you!

I liked the 3 temperature settings. But, right away, there was lots of growth of ... mold? Bacteria? There is this a sponge type thing in the bottom that needs to stay wet and it's a disaster breeding ground. I would say this is difficult to clean and would not recommend.But we DO love wipe warmers, in general. It really helps with a smooth nighttime changes in those early first weeks.

This warmer is the best od the best so far, high quality products and have multi functional warming temperature and keep warm without burning the wipe. The company itself they stand by their product and ensured warranty. I had one that broken ,the company representative immediately responded, issuing the warranty replacement and I get the new warmer the next day. Will continue using this company and their products.

So this product is overall pretty decent. Good warming (so far). Temps kind of don't hold steady but somehow the wipes do stay very warm even after pulling them out. (very important as we parents know) The unit is somewhat large for what it is. The three temp settings are definitely a huge plus. Although they do fluctuate and sometimes aren't steady on your setting the wipes somehow do stay very warm. (maybe just a glitch in the chipset or a safety from keeping the internal of the unit from getting too warm). Now the things that aren't so good, every warmer I've used has these(9 so far), the "magnetic door", if their is a magnet in there it is a very weak, cheap magnet. So one handed operation needs (must) be a priority here. Unfortunately when you go to pull a wipe out the entire lid opens and water (from internal moisture) goes everywhere, and worse than that, their goes all your internal heat keeping the wipes warm. Would it have been so hard do use a neodymium earth magnet? It might be a $1.50 more in cost that I would gladly pay to have the loading lid stay shut, although I did pay a premium price as this is the most expensive warmer ($50) on Amazon (at the time of purchase). That's a pretty penny for a warmer. Then theirs the dreaded NON push button wipe door. All of these companies "claim" to be parents themselves. I'm starting to believe that's nothing but a marketing scheme. What parent wouldn't want a PUSH BUTTON FLIP TOP WIPE DOOR? If Walmart can put a push button flip top door on their cheapest Equate wipe holder that costs around $3-4 dollars how in the world can a company not put the same SIMPLE setup on a $50 dollar warmer, it a plastic hinge, a button, and a small silicon tube that pushes it up. Pretty simple concept. The silicon slit that the wipes come out of is a little tight, with a slightly larger opening it would be perfect (one of the reasons the loading door flies open when pulling a wipe out, along with the previously mention magnet and the lack thereof). With those three things revised this unit would be the end all be all warmer. And getting the temp better calibrated and steady. Yes I am a bit OCD when it comes to a few things on this unit. After all the warmers purchased at a much lower price point I expected a premium product with premium parts and well thought out, again this one lacked in the areas that kind of matter to a parent....at least this parent. Lil Monkei...when your ready to make this the best warmer on the market to date....call me anytime, I'll R&D this thing to perfection.
