I have several prints with artist signatures around a 1/2” border. Using the standard corner mounts is not an option since too much of the clear corner would show, which I’d prefer none showing at all. With the slimline mounts, the corner of the print is held by 1/4” of the mount, instead of the triangle support that is common with standard corner mounts. I like that the slimline mounts or made of a heavier duty material which appear to support the print better and they adhere well. The only thing I don’t like is that the end of the supports, where the print slides into, has a small point protruding which is exposed if the mat board only covers a 1/4” of the border; therefore, I have to trim the point so it won’t be exposed.I will most likely use these, rather than the standard corner mounts, from now on since I know, in most cases, they will be covered as long as the mat board covers more than 1/4” of the border

These corners are working great for my larger photos and posters. They are clear and the edges that hold the photos are thin so that minimum shows.

Might be OK for small photos, anything larger they do not work well. First its hard to get corners between the thin plastic tabs. Then if you do, half of them separate so they do not hold at all.

Nice alternative to matting, discretely holds print on backing board without harming the paper. I use these for selling my woodblock prints at art shows.

After carefully adhering 4 corners to my mounting surface, I found the "corner" part of the adhesive peeled away with no effort at all. I checked with all 4 corners to see if it was a 1 time mistake but nope - all corners lacked adhesion. I plan to return this product and use double sided tape instead.

Mounting photo prints. They just aren't strong enough. The layers separate with very little pressure. I would have been better off cutting corners from good quality envelopes.

I was sent two packs of defective corners. They fall apart when you peel them off, wont hold anything. Lineco has nice products, but this company is sending out defects. I have multiple packs all defective from this seller.

I wouldn't use them for professional work
