I absolutely LOVE this bone folder. I never thought I could love anything that wasn't really bone, but this thing is fabulous. I glides. I just love it. Good size, fits right in the hand and feels balanced and perfect.

My bonefolder arrived in a timely fashion and packaged in a padded envelope, shipped via usps. It works like a charm. However, I paid over $5 shipping and handling on an $8 item. Don't know how I let that get by me when ordering...Altho' I understand that the vendor doesn't set the s&h rates for the usps, for that reason, I'll definitely be more careful in the future about who is fulfilling my order. S&h just too high from independent vendors, at least in this case. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I needed to replace my beloved Teflon folder after years of use it had to many nicks and scratches. This is about 2-3" longer and same width as my old one. I like this better, feels like more control over the tool.

This is a good size bone folder that works as it's supposed to. There was a fairly deep imperfection on one side which I was able to sand smooth and polish with very fine steel wool. I didn't get it all out and sanding any deeper would make it not flat as it should be. I thought about returning it, but my needs are not critical. Since it's a natural bone product, I suppose some imperfections might be expected, but for an artist's tool it really should be closer to perfect.

I have several, they're real bone and wear so much better than those made from plastic. Everything from Lineco that I've bought has been great quality!

I have had other bone folders that broke down as I used them. Not this one. So far it has held up very well!!

Love this thing! Didn't know I needed it until I purchased it. I was looking for a hera marker for quilt marking, but could not find one made of bone or wood. I found this instead, and it works perfectly for marking fabric and also for card folding. Happy that I got the 8 inch one because it fits my hand comfortably and is easy for slightly arthritic thumb joints to hold and manipulate.
