Loaned out my enclosed trailer to a friend and of course it was damaged. It fell off the hitch ball and bent up the jack. Removed the old jack and installed this Lippert tongue jack. Fit was perfect and it operates so much smoother now. I really like the option to use a power drill to raise it. Worth every penny!

The title says it all. Uses the same socket as your camper stabilizing jacks. My camper has a 500# tongue weight, lifts it without issue. Far faster than an electric tongue jack, far easier than a manual tongue jack. Makes hooking up your weight distribution hitch a 30 second operation. Great price for an open box at $40.

1st it didn't come with the hardware it says it does. Why is it so hard to fulfill what you advertise? But the unit itself is great. Love that it's designed to either hand crank the unit or use a drill with a 3/4-inch socket to raise and lower with great speed. Great idea! It seems to be sturdy. So overall I say it's a great investment..

I wouldn't even give this item one star, but that's the lowest I could go. The first time I used this item, it broke. Being it's for a trailer and I do not use the trailer everyday, it had been over a month from when I had received the jack before I used it. When it broke, I called Lippert to tell them (they have a 90 day warranty) and they said because I ordered it through Amazon, I had to deal with Amazon. It was past Amazon's return policy, but Lippert still wouldn't do anything for me. The tiny hex nut is made of cast iron instead of steal and that's why it broke. Lippert does not have replacement parts, but even it they did, it would of just broke again. Amazon was willing to work with me for a 80% refund.

I’ve added this tongue jack to several of my trailers from utility to small camper. They work great just as advertised. Easy to use with my drill and if I have to manual crank, it’s not too bad either. My wife is able to use this tongue Jack when she takes her trailer places and it’s made trailering easier for us.

I love this, it’s on my Jayco 174BH now. The old tongue jack required a lot of manual cranking. Which is fine if you’re a casual camper but going back-and-forth from place to place frequently, this tongue jack lifter it’s fantastic. Run it with the drill and save a tremendous amount of time. It’s the same height and fits in the exact same spot as the OEM tongue jack. Worth every penny

Le principe est bon mais la qualité est affreuse. Le cylindre du dessus est fait en alliages de métaux mous et il se désagrège avec la friction du box de la perceuse. De plus le cylindre ne permet pas de rentrer le box de la perceuse dans le cylindre et complètement au tour de la noix, seulement partiellement. On doit aussi s'y prendre a 2-3 reprises pour basculler la manivelle de 180 pour passer en manuel car elle bloque.

It broke after 2 uses, the mechanic of the nut was jam and by using the manual Handle, it totally fell down. The Idea is great but the nut and the attachment seams made from cheap alloy.

Seemed to work good until the head nut split in half. Now hand crank only. Garbage do not buy. Customer support in USA likely will not go anywhere.
