This was an exact replacement for a suspension spring we broke on our 5th wheel camper. The company we contacted to do the replacement could not find the spring. I found it on Amazon but it took nearly a week to receive it. Meanwhile we were stranded in rural Tennessee. Fortunately we were able to stay in our camper and just made it a longer vacation.

The springs were shipped in a good time frame but when they arrived they were new old stock. They were shipped boxes in boxes and the inner boxes were damaged. One spring was missing its bushing. This spring also looked to be much older than the other. The damaged boxes had been retapped closed one with red duct tape. Most likely the bushing had fallen out of the box long before it was placed into the shipping box.
