These clippers were great. I was impressed with how easy they were to use and cut with. However, buyer be warned despite the description they do not come with a hard case. I’m not sure why Amazon doesn’t crack down on the false advertising!

In the past I used the big oster clippers when I needed to get through a very thick winter coat. That needed to be replaced and a friend recommend these. Great decision! Quickly cut through my cushhings horses thick coat!

Overheated and shut off in less than 5 min! Oiled correctly and started on thin coat (goat). In less than 5 strokes, stopped working and will not turn back on! Amazon says "return window is closed" - didn't realize I had a time limit - bought Jan. And just used because now (in early March) we are preparing for show season). Very disappointing after spending almost $300!!

Extremely happy with these. We show Gerts so she stays slick shaven. Original clippers I borrowed left tracks in the hair. These cut fast, smooth, and don’t get hot. They work so well they frequently disappear when our ag advisors have animals to clip.

Edited: there is a reset button that I found after doing some googling. Works well. Updated the stars to 4.My daughter shows sheep and I bought this in March in preparation of the summer fair. It came recommended to us from a family that has a sheep farm. We started clipping our lamb today (first time using it) and it quit working. I was oiling it before and 2x during the process and it did not feel hot. I just looked and my return window has expired. I'm super disappointed. I hope amazon or the company can make this right.

These are super light and quiet. I had to order a 13 blade for my sheep since it came with a finishing blade like for dogs or show cutting sheep and horses. But the wool and hair just melts off of them. Also the soft bag I got has a hard bottom which makes it even better to carry around.
