I have been a Sun Joe fan for about 4 years. I had problems with a pole saw from them and even more with customer service.I purchased this unit and was impressed with the reviews. And yes the product is as good as the reviews. I always go to UTube and see what they say about unboxing, set up and hands on performance. Again all A+!!

The most glimpse pole saw ever seen. Very cheap made, even the pole is plastic. Just imagine I stay high on a ladder and push that saw against a branch above me. The plastic pole will brake and I will get the saw peace in my face. Not just extremely cheap made...also dangerous!

I never got to try it out, since it didn't come with a battery charger, and I didn't have an appropriate one on hand, so I had to return it and buy a competitor's product.

This item appear that I was not the first user i.e. chain was oil soaked. Where the chain and blade are housed was marinated in oil. I purchased this because of the features extension and the 4500rpm's. Once I became familiar with unit. I started increasing to cutting 2inch diameter branches chain repeatedly would come off.Therefore, this unit has under preformed, and I'll just keep looking 👀.

Wasn't to sure about this without any reviews to go by. So glad I took the chance. Put it to use today and it preformed better than expected. Seems to have a very decent battery life, was cutting some heavier branches while trimming the trees back and had absolutely no trouble. It is a little heavy with the extension but fair trade off for the reach it gives you. Seems to be very well made.

A bit heavy with all poles on but that’s expected , cuts great , lots of power , I was impressed with the cutting capacity for a small saw , really works well . Easy chain adjusting with no tools !!
