I needed a track lighting head to replace one that was too small for the available bulbs, this unit fit the bill. Takes a BR30 bulb and was easy to install in the existing track.

I used these track lights in a recent kitchen remodel to run hue color changing bulbs supplementing the hue color changing strip lights. They were fairly straight forward to install (just line up the double prong side correctly, then force them down the track), but it did take a good deal of force to reposition them.. though that would be on the track not the housing. The material is very thin, and it almost felt like it was going to fold, but it didn't, and all 3 of the fixtures look good. The material is metal, confirmed by attaching my magnetic backed phone to it, and hanging the phone there as I grabbed other tools. The fixture is larger than I expected, but it basically fits in the space available for it, and the hue bulb it houses fits perfectly, and it's very bright and diffused light at the brightest white setting, perfect for cooking and cleaning. Overall, I'd say the value for the money is fairly good, and I found their functionality to be as expected. I would definitely buy them again if I wanted track lights this large.

A real Lithonia fixture. Had to get rid of a shadow/dark spot. Plugged right in and did the job.
