It works well. It keeps any litter that gets kicked out from going all over. I bought a second one to use on a longer litter box that I keep in the laundry room in front of the dryer. This will help to keep the litter contained and away from the area in front of the dryer door. I was worried that Gizmo wouldn’t like it at first but he took to the first one right away, Have good hopes for this one.

Bought this for our new kittens that are transitioning from paper pellets to clay litter. They think that they are supposed to make sand castles in it before getting down to business. Some days it seems like there is more litter outside the box than in it. This solution has worked great. It’s clear enough that can see each other sneaking up, so no one gets surprised. It mostly fits our stainless steel tub-style pan (ours is 19†long so it sticks out a bit, some litter escapes but it’s not that bad). Litter that falls down the side is easily poured back into the pan. The snaps held well; I was a little concerned at first, but over bending the seams in the directions they need to go made the snaps secure firmly and the sides stand up nicely. A little overpriced for being a sheet of plastic and some snaps, but it’s been worth it for ending the feeling like we had spent a day at the beach just walking thru our living room.

I was skeptical and I only bought one (I have 2 boxes) because I thought they were kind of expensive. I have been using it for more than a week and it has really contained the litter well. I am ordering a second one today. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is made out of plastic and eventually it will end up smelling like cat urine and will have to be tossed. I wish it was stainless steel but they don't make them big enough for an extra large box.

I had purchased it back in November of 2024. Was a little skeptical, we have 2 female kittens, litter would go everywhere!! This has helped out so much, less litter outside the box. We do have 2 xl stainless steel boxes. They do prefer the one with the clear sides vs the other cover box. I will probably get another one.

So far working great. Cat was sure of it at first but is now okay with it. Fits in well in the box with a little room to spare. Haven’t had any issues thus far.

It really is where a litter box is located. It's not as simple as it sounds.It's been in the washroom the family uses. Stepping on litter, or pee escaping somehow, was a thorn in everyone's feet!So far, the litter is contained and there's been no problem cleaning up the splashes or litter, It is contained.I know something like this HAD to be somewhere, and Amazon had it.

it was pretty easy to put together ,but one of the sides is all bowed out ,so my cat will be able to walk in his litterbox from that side and kick his litter out and still make a mess.Will be looking for a better product . I don't recommend this
