We get a kick out of asking Penelope Penguin for a toothpick ;) So cute, and well made, too. The standard grocery store toothpicks were just a hair longer than the ones that came with it- but they do fit. The grandkids got a kick out of it!

I've been teaching my niece how to bake and I bought her 1 of these. I've had a similar one for many years. Nice to use, especially if you have frosting on your hands - just tap his head with the back of your hand or elbow. Also nice for parties so each person gets one without touching them all.

Mine arrived with a plastic part rattling around the inside. It actually does work. Best results are with the small pack of included toothpicks. They are slightly skinnier than the standard toothpicks readily available in the US. The plastic is thin so it’s definitely not a kids toy. Easy to use. Worth the price considering it’s brief entertainment value. It will hold and pick up standard toothpicks that are slightly thicker. Fun as a housewarming gift. Especially for that friend who prefers the minimalist decor or the Martha Stewart earthy fabric bland theme.

This was a gift for my dad as he loves birds and toothpicks. (hes always cleaning his teeth I swear) He absolutely adores it and named it Ducky. It works great and is super adorable! Much nicer looking and easier to use than those round toothpick holders.

Love the bird dispenser, more importantly 2 year old grandson loves the dispenser. Only issue is that the boxes of toothpicks I have are a fraction too long to work. If container was even 1/16" wider it would fit other (more readily available) brands of toothpicks.
