I serve a lot of parties and use cheese, guacamole, hummus, vegetables etc etc. Etc. Dips and such and needed a utensil just like this for spreading ease. They are perfect. The wooden handles fit in with any flatware, they're very attractive, easy to use, comfortable in the hand and they spread beautifully. I'd buy them again and I have bought more. Great value for the money. Can't be beat

I needed these for Thanksgiving to serve several cheese balls, and they worked perfectly! They look great and did the job nicely. The description clearly states they are handwash only, but I broke the rules and put them in the dishwasher. That took the finish off the wooden handles, leaving them duller. However, I’m not taking away any stars because that was entirely my fault. These are a great addition to any charcuterie setup—just remember to handwash them!

I bought these cheese spreader "knives," not intending to use them regularly, but I have! I have used them not only for cheese spreads but also cutting cheese. I have used them, too, to spread hummus, jams and jellies, and probably for other spreads. I just would make sure to hand wash them and dry them right away. Mine have rusted slightly, and I am sure that is because I did not do that initially. I love these cheese spreader utensils -- I find them a little luxurious to use yet practical too. :)
