Very surprised by the quality, warmth for its weight and fit. I’m picky about coats and this one fills a nice range - around 15 to 40F. I also want to try it out for winter cycling, which I haven’t tried yet. Not too heavy/bulky like a true parka. So far I’ve used it in the low teens with stiff wind and felt quite comfy - could have been outside for a while comfortably. Who knows - with a wool base layer it might be fine for the coldest conditions (Chicago) - we’ll see

So this is definitely warmer than the fleece lined. The Sherpa lined soft shell is slightly heavier but worth it on windy days. Overall, I was happy. Most companies only line the core. This coat is lined in the sleeves as well. I did have to order a replacement as the stitching for the Velcro came undone and 1 piece would eventually fall off. Would recommend the company double stitching it reinforce it. Since this is an area that gets continual use. The only design issue I have are the shoulder lapels. They seem useless. I do like how the zipper to the hood can be tucked into a flap and hidden. The hood also uses a plastic rail system to slide and attach on in the front. The draw string and cinch waistband is sewn close to the jacket itself. So you can tie a knot to elevate having excess cord just hanging lose and possibly getting caught on anything. Overall this is a good warm soft shell jacket for cold days.

A business trip to Utah caught me by surprise when I checked the weather the week before and saw temps in the 20's. Living in Florida, I didn't have anything for weather that cold.I snagged this during black Friday sales for a great price. It's not a rain coat, but definitely repels water enough to help and it certainly blocks wind, which is crucial. The furry lining seems quite thin at first and the coat is pretty light weight, but I found that it's very warm over a layer or two. Outside in the coldest hours, I definitely felt better with 2 layers. One long-sleeved tee was a bit chilly if standing around. Fine when walking and generating more heat.Pockets are good and I appreciated them being lined for warmth and having zippers to keep things from falling out.Fully zipped, the collar is a bit too tall to be comfortable just as a collar, but not quite tall enough to cover the lower half of my face. I wish they had gone one way or the other with that. I like that the hood is removable, but never actually took it off. It provides nice warmth and protection from wind.Overall, I'd call this a 4-star coat if it cost twice as much. I'm sure there are some amazing ones out there. But for the price (even without a discount), this is an outstanding value and doesn't feel cheap in any way I noticed. Next time I travel someplace cold, I won't be coat shopping again!

Got this for an employee milestone gift and it is of excellent quality.Lots of great features and appears to be a warm and cozy coat for these cold New England winters.

The overall quality of the jacket was good. Felt well put together and warm. The jacket was a bit snug in the mid section though. This caused me to have to return it.

anuncia chamarra par aesquiar, es demasiado delgada, no protehe nada de frio, es para uso de otoño solamente, tardo mas de un mes en llegar y muy decepcionado del producto, no la regreso por que tardar aun mes o mas en retornarme el reembolso. Pesimo producto, no es para climas frios, no la recomiendo
