I honestly expected to immediately send this back, but the quality seemed ok out of the package, and the fit was good. I decided to wear it once, to try it out as a winter liner for my motorcycle jacket. Previously I had used a soft shell jacket that was supposedly windproof, but the wind blew right through it. So, I figured this would be worse! However, only one ride and I was sold! Actually windproof, and warm! Lightweight, and not bulky at all. Packable and easy! I'm purchasing another in the unlined version, for purely the wind break without insulation, for spring and fall.

This is a really wonderful jacket. it's just warm enough for running on a cool day, water repellant (though not proof), and dries remarkably quickly after washing. The hood stays in place even while sprinting, and the main zipper is sturdy and pretty easy to operate even with chilly hands. One thing to note: the jacket seems highly susceptible to "grease" stains with sunscreen, but I've found that these are easy to remove by placing a bit of detergent directly onto the stain before throwing the jacket into the washer. As evidence of the overall awesomeness of this purchase, I'll note that I bought the jacket ~1 month ago, and I've worn it everyday since it arrived!

I love how light weight this is for travel. Keeps me warm in temps in the 40’s. Need a winter jacket for anything colder.

Love ,love ,love this running coat. Used it today at a 5K, chilly 35 degree morning race. Staying warm was no problem. Lightweight but efficient.
