I’ve always wanted a bonsai! Took the plunge and ordered one. It was only $49! It arrived masterfully packaged shot zero damage or stress to the plant. The pot it wired to the bottom of the box, wrapped in plastic so non of the soil moves, and the bonsai is submerged in protective packaging popcorn and paper. My bonsai arrived happy and healthy. My plan was to transplant it delicately into an elegant pot. My pot is bigger than a traditional bonsai pot but I don’t mind giving it more space to grow. I bought moss rocks to line it and it looks lush! The Sakura flowers are fake little silk flowers I had and perched ontop - why not. I’m so excited to welcome this bonsai into my home and admire it all day. Totally worth it.

My bonsai came fully intact. I was seran wrapped at the base to keep the soil in it. I was also strapped down to prevent it from being jostled around. Finally, it was packed with peanuts and paper to protect the plant itself.I was wondering how shipping it live would work, and how it would not be damaged. Hope this helps with deciding to get one of these awesome plants.I love this plant, it was a great purchase.

The company has great quality bonsai’s. I purchased the 7 yr old one. The packaging was ‘top notch’ and still moist when it arrived.I will definitely use this company in the future.

I have attempted to grow 3 of these and failed .I think im not good at growimg plants . Maybe they need carefrom somebody more experienced.They are beautiful though I was bumped out it didn't work.

Now two weeks later the entire tree is starting to fall apart at the slightest tough. What was vibrant has completely seemingly died.

My plant arrived packaged very well, and it looks very healthy and in great shape I’ve placed it on a window sill look forward to its growth from here. I did notice a couple brown spots hopefully nothing to worry about.

This bonsai did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time to order a live plant. It was packaged to support the plant and keep moisture in the soil. I will look forward to future purchases with this company. Thank you
