Moss received in Nicky protected box which says spray me with water. Placed on a serving tray and sprayed and put reverse osmosis water in the tray. The 1 combo moss is small fine mesa which will go perfect on my bonsaiΓ’β¬β’s. Got brick drilled 3 holes in it. Stuffed the roots of a juniper through with soil. Now this moss will be its crowning joy. Will be re-ordering.

I originally didn't get my package due to a shipping error and when I contacted customer service, they immediately responded and sent out a new package. After receiving the moss, it looks amazing and very healthy, definitely will buy here again :)

I have several terrariums and IΓ’β¬β’ve never tried live moss before. I found that this company compared to others seemed reputable and had good reviews with a seemingly beautiful product at a great price point. Arrived perfectly packaged, alive and flourishing. Instructions were simple, and easy to understand. Fast forward over a month and itΓ’β¬β’s taken to my terrarium surfaces and itΓ’β¬β’s growing and looking great! My crested geckos love it!

The order description didnΓ’β¬β’t reflect what I received. Customer service was quick to respond and fixed the problem. The moss is healthy and looks great. IΓ’β¬β’ve put it in mossariums and my vivarium- my isopods seem happy. Definitely ordering from them again.

The way this product was advertised I thought I would get this fresh moss in packaging that showed they cared. What came was a box with three types of moss in cheap packaging. The moss itself was so dry it made me think it was possibly painted and dead. Only time will tell if this product is actually alive. As for there advertising it's very misleading
