Buy it. It works. We had a partial clog for two weeks. Tried multiple plunging with two different plungers. Tried a snake. Tried baking soda, vinegar, fabric softener, wash soap. Tried Green Gobblr. Bought this as last resort before calling plumber. One blast and she's all clear! Absolutely recommend. Read instructions. Make sure you have the gasket on. You may get blow back, but it will clear the clog. If that scares you, call the plumber instead.

I hesitated spending almost $30 on a plunger, but I was desperate and read some good reviews.Wow. I mean WOW! This really works. Not only works, but with one pull of a trigger, toilet unplugged and problem over. And I have to admit, I even bought another one to give as a Christmas present! I know that's weird, but it's better to have this little marvel if and when you might need it.Best plunger ever!

We have a modern toilet with a convoluted drain and is easily clogged, the standard plungers are ineffective with this type of plumbing. This plunger when pumped to the correct pressure works like magic. I tried a stepped approach 2 psi, 3 psi and at 4 psi, boom clog was gone. Recommended.

I am not a plumber so I have an intuitive sense this is not damaging to my actual plumbing, but if you have concerns you might want to check it out with your plumber first. More than anything, this resembles a bicycle pump which is sort of the premise; you can pressurize a blast of air that is sent in a huge pressurized burst down your pipes. It has attachments that make it purposeful for sinks, tubs, and, amongst others, drainage plates (don’t really know what that is – I would assume for a standalone shower). But really, when all is said and done, this is to replace the old-fashioned plunger and some of those accordion-type plungers all of which are intended to send some version of compressed air down the drain. So the big advantage here is you can pressurize some serious air if you pump this to the max. But there’s also a reason why they have provided a face mask with it as well: at about a third of the maximum pressure, there was some displaced water that came splashing out when the burst of air went in. Since we use this each week in an effort to prevent back up, it was clear and was part of the cleanup process which involved paper towels and spray bleach cleaner both on the floor where there was splash as well as on the pump unit and the tip (which gets inserted into the water channel in the toilet bowl). There are two important pieces here to keep an eye on (and speaking of eyes, make sure this is being used for its intended purpose as the pressurized air could do some damage to your eyes if used incorrectly – another reason to wear the attached mask if you choose) the O-ring to which the pump gets screwed into the pressurized chamber as well as a knob which was once a separate part and now, unlike previous versions of this, seems to be a permanent part of the chamber (seeming to contain the pressurized air before it gets released). We use it once a week in hopes of averting clogs. It seems like an effective means of plunging, and it's a lot easier to put back in its (cardboard) box after it dries out than it is to store an unattractive plunger somewhere in the bathroom. It seems like a really good add to your bathroom clean up list.

Initially, I hesitated to spend $30 on a toilet plunger, but this investment was well worth it! With a single pull of the trigger, my stubbornly clogged toilet was clear. This high-pressure toilet plunger is nothing short of astounding; it utilizes high-pressure air to eliminate clogs that standard plungers often struggle with effectively. One of the standout features of this plunger is the variety of attachments it comes with. It is designed to cater to not just toilets but also sinks, making it a versatile tool for any household. The setup process is straightforward: first, you attach the steel body to the desired nozzle. After that, you pump it until the pressure gauge indicates that you have reached the appropriate level for tackling whatever blockage you may face. If, by chance, the clog doesn’t clear on the first attempt, don’t be discouraged; try again while adhering to the recommended pressure settings. With this tool, you’ll find tackling plumbing issues to be much less of a chore!

While I haven't yet had the opportunity to actually use this (gotta wait for the next big clog) I will say I just love how versatile it is in that it can unclog not only toilets but sinks both in the kitchen and bathroom and walk in shower drains! I haven't had a lot of clogged toilets and sinks but it has happened and it's a royal pain to unclog. Based on reviews and the information given on this product I am confidant that it is going to work just as it says it will. If if malfunctions or doesn't I will come back to update. In any case my husband is the plumber in the family and for the next clog we get it will be exciting to try this out. Having pressure to blast out the clog makes perfect sense to me!
