It took me a long time to find a baby hat that had ear and eye protection and actually stayed on the baby’s head. This hat fits very well and is great for cold weather.

Is your child light sensitive? If so, THIS is the winter hat for you! My children are sensitive to light both indoors and outdoors, so it's really helpful to have a winter hat that keeps their ears warm AND offers protection for light. Both of my kids (ages 5 and 2) were able to wear these with no issues. The hats fit well and are well made.

I like this enough that I bought two for my baby (one for my house and one for the babysitter's house), one in a size up for next year, and another for a friend's baby. The brim is so necessary to protect her eyes from the sun, which is especially helpful since she learned to remove her sunglasses. It fits pretty well - it's a 1-2T and she's 15 months old and average size (average head circumference for her age), and it's slightly large. It's cute and seems well made. Can't go wrong for the price.

It was so hard to find a fleece-lined knit beanie that tied on and had a bill, and I am so glad I stumbled upon this one! I needed something to block the wind from my son's ears (something an unlined beanie won't do), tie on so he can't pull it off, and had a bill to keep the sun out of his eyes. This hat is perfect, as it met all those needs. Plus, it is SO cute! We've received a few compliments on this hat. It has held up really well so far, and we've used it a lot. It stretches, so it'll grow a little with him. I would definitely order again!
