It seems like every tire filling valve comes with a chuck that leaks unless it is held on the tire valve perfectly. I wanted to make it a fairly quick and easy process. There are more expensive options than this with 4 jaws but this dual jaw chuck works pretty darn good. It was enough to make me confident that if I engaged this onto the tire valve, I would get a leak-free connection over 90% of the time, which was enough of an improvement to satisfy me. Installing it would be improved though. There is no wrench flats to help thread it on tightly. You may have to grab it with a channel lock or a pipe wrench and put a little dent in the round surface by the threads. It wasn't a big deal to me but it's not an elegant solution.

Replaced the chuck on my tire inflator with this one. It is now so convenient to check & fill air in the tires! Previously, the operation took two hands, one to keep the chuck pressed on to the valve stem, and the other to trigger the inflator valve. No to mention the air leaks if you didn't maintain enough pressure on it with your thumb, which could get quite uncomfortable. This chuck eliminates all that. Just push it on to the valve stem and it stays there, no leaks. The construction & finish are very good. Definitely recommend.

The fit and quality of this chick is excellent. It fits the M12 tire inflator with the Milton adapter. It grips onto a s header valve and has no leaks at all. It’s perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better quick release chuck.

We have a lot of trailers and most have metal valve stems. Not brass, but steel. This would not seal in any of the metal valve stems and leaked badly. At 1st thought maybe defective, but ordered 2 and both were useless. We even ordered 2 similar, but different brand and they leaked just the same. None of these "No leak" air chucks were worth a damn. I guess they're only designed for use on brass valve stems for passenger vehicles. Our trailer tires require between 80 and 130 psi, so hence the need for metal stems. Would have been ideal since it takes a couple of minutes to inflate flat tires to 100 psi.Too bad, good concept, poor execution in design.

Started leaking air and will not shut off but still works fine as air chuck. Disapointing
