Exceeded my expectations of performance. Very easy to install and set up. I love that you have so many options to unlock the door, fingerprint, ekey, key and app. It has doorbell that rings to phone, camera for door, records motion and two way communication at door. It records every entry and sends log to phone. I got it in aged mahogany finish to match door. I’m more than impressed with how this lock works.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The lock has a plethora of features and capabilities from within the app and on the lock itself.Installation instructions were not terribly difficult to follow and just in case you can’t understand them, they have links to videos!The one problem I see with this lock: the screen locking option (an option in settings that allows you to lock it by touching the screen) is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE! I swear 2 out of 10 times I go to shut the door and some part of my body ever so lightly comes in contact with that screen and BAM! The deadbolt comes out before the door shuts… annoying. But 2/10 frequency isn’t a deal breaker. It’s probably just a habit I need to change.

It works great. Easy to install, but you might have to make a little adjustment where the lock connects to the door frame. Other than that, I enjwking up to my door not having to pull out keys. Just place my finger on the lock and open.

This "fancy" door lock that claims to have and do it all stopped working one week after installation. No video, no auto record, no motion sensor recording or alerts. Amazon will only do a refund and will not replace.Lockly will only send a replacement if you send them a copy of your ID...DO NOT EVER SEND A COPY OF YOUR ID TO ANYONE unless you want to be victim of identity theft. They have no way to guarantee your ID is protected. They also want a deposit to send the replacement. These people/company is huge scam that profits on a faulty product that doesn't even work. BUYER BEWARE. Just get a Ring doorbell or peepcam and keypad door lock. You get the same specs for a lot less with quality you can trust.
