This was a little bigger than I anticipated, but it still fit in my mini fridge. It was perfect for putting espresso in and then making lattes whenever I needed.

Have used Lock and Lock for years and have never been disappointed. Seals well and is well made. I have used in the microwave (minus the top) and have washed in dishwasher. My has never stained.

Use this daily to heat water, the top leaks a bit from steam so have to leave the pour spout open otherwise you get burned.

I needed a measuring container with a lid that could handle steeping 3 cups of water with special herbal tea bag, and store the unused remaining tea for use the next 2 days. And it really needed to have a pour spout.After tons of research, I found this...and it was perfect.

This is an expensive measuring cup. It's more than I wanted to pay, but it was the only 1L measuring cup I could find with a lid and spout.The spout is easy to open and shut. The lid needs to be rotated correctly to snap on properly, but it seems sturdy enough. It has a flat top so you can stack other stuff on top of it in the fridge. I like it.

We own and use numerous containers from this brand, the vast majority of which are used for food; a few are used for screws and other similarly small items. Shapes and sizes of the containers vary although there are some of which multiples are owned.This 1 litre measuring jug is ideal for making and short-term storage of sauces, pancake batters and similar but could also be used for fruit juices and other drinks. It has a usefully-sized pouring lip which is covered by its lid when not immediately needed. The lid has the usual four locking bars which are secure and leak-proof. It could potentially be used in a microwave with the lid off or loosened or be kept in the fridge to cool its contents. It is also freezer safe although unlikely ever to see the inside of one.
