Works great. Easy to use. Easy to empty, this is a great shredder! It is very efficient and performs very well! It handles paper and credit cards easily and is not very noisy, I like that it rips the paper into small pieces instead of strips like many other products

I made about 10 runs with 5 - 7 sheets. Less than 1 basket. With 5 sheets overheated. Started again laboring with 4 sheets. Overheated, then started on its own after 7 minutes. Laboring. Tried 2 sheets, stopped, won't start again. The basket has a notch that pushes up a metal trigger. I used a pen top to push that trigger & jiggle the lid it clicks on and off a few times. It works a bit sideways & labors with no paper in it. I have to return this & buy another brand.
