My wife has the clock behind her head on our headboard. I could never see the clock because her pillow was always in front of it or it was turned where I could not see what time it was in the middle of the night. This clock is awesome shines time on the ceiling, open my eyes at four in the morning and just look up and see the clock. I love it.

I LOVE having the clock projection on the ceiling but the clock face is TOO Bright and even if you put it on dim, it is still way too bright. BUT, the projection on the ceiling is the best.

Projects pretty clearly onto my wall 15 feet away. The LCD is pretty bright though, even on its lowest setting.
