My home is entirely heated from a woodstove, so I was in need of some leverage when handling logs in my woodlot. This tool was exactly what I needed, and I don't know why I waited so long to get it. It is a very sturdy tool, and well made.

Steel handle. The wooden handles always seem to break. Have not tried it yet, but it seems like it is heavy duty.

This tool works great and has made handling logs a breeze. It grips securely and gives you the leverage you need to roll and position logs easily. I don't know how we have been cutting wood all these years without it.

This is solid, grabs logs easily, and makes rolling them a snap. Not a gripe, but if it was 3" shorter it would fit better in the bucket of my Kubota when I haul it with all my other gear, but then you lose leverage. 😉

It is just what you want in a Peavey. It has a nice long steel handle that provides the leverage needed to roll big logs.
