Truly plug and play. Great for meetings where my kids are hollering in the background. I instinctively apologize for the noise and nobody knows what I’m talking about, so I’ve had to learn to trust the sound cancelling.

As a smaller woman, it was very hard for me to find a dictation headset that fits my head. This headset is perfect for a smaller head due to the height of the headband and the nice padding under the band which carries the weight of the headset, but would also fit a larger person due to the band adjustment. The earphones are actually comfortable to wear for hours of dictation, because the headset is a little wider at the bottom than most headsets to prevent it from squeezing your ears. I initially tried the generic headset that came with Dragon Naturally Speaking, which had poor accuracy. Switching to this Logitech headset for Dragon dictation made a huge difference and increased my accuracy significantly. I have actually bought several of these headsets for use at work and home, and have used them for the past 3 years. So far they work extremely well. I am also pleased with the volume and mute buttons which are on a controller on the cord. I would highly recommend this headset which is sold online and in some office supply stores locally.

I use this for phone calls working at home and I've gone through several pairs before I found these. The audio quality is good for me and for the person I'm speaking to. It's light enough that wearing it for 8hrs while not completely great all day is still much more comfy than several other options I tried at varying price points. Especially for the cost id definitely recommend these for doing calls from a computer.

My previous set of these I had for several years and they finally gave out. I ordered a different brand costing more than twice the price and they were terrible. The sound was tinny with no bass and it the audio sounded like it was coming from inside a barrel. I sent them back and ordered the Logitech 390 and they are amazing. The sound well balanced and rich. Love them! I don't know why I tried anything else!

It works. Good sound. Good range of frequencies.Not so good on volume for some calls. I've had to turn the volume up to 90 at times. That was disappointing.The mute button could be higher up on the wire so your belly won't press it against the desk only to confuse both parties.They are very comfortable for long term use. Hidden volume control online. I thought i only had mute till my belly turn the volume up. LOL.

No me llegaron las 10 piezas como lo marca en la publicación sólo llegó una pieza en su empaque original.Tener cuidado ya que vi que a varios usuarios no les llegó el producto correctamente.

I work a 9-5 remotely and I have to wear this headset cuz sometimes we have calls all day long. The quality of audio and the mic are great but this is the most uncomfortable pair of headphones I have ever worn. To be fair I usually use earpbuds so maybe I have a sensitive skull or something 😠But the amount of pressure this puts on your head and ears is insane. It hurts so bad after longwears. The cushioning in the band is awful. Maybe foe short term use this is good. But this burts the ears and head so much after using it for long.
