Lots of compliments on our vacation when we used this tent out on the beach. Everyone knew exactly where we were the checkerboard pattern w as my husbands favorite since it made it look so different. Some of the plastic components did break easily but this seems to be the norm with all tents (according to our friends) whether bought here or at big box retailers. We are happy with our purchase.
