Excellent quality and value. Used this product to release my dear skin flippers from LLB that are about 16 or 17 years old. I love L.L. Bean flippers, but they use a standard lace to attach the soul to the upper. It cost me 30 bucks but I had a local cobbler release them. Probably could’ve done it myself but I figured what the heck. The slippers lasted 16 years I can invest 30 more dollars. It’s been three years and these are incredibly durable and will probably outlast the slippers. Great/perfect color.

This time around tried the softer leather with shade side. Shaped like a square. Other than drilling a slightly larger hole on both sides of the Be a Better Human medallion to fit the box shape this style is preferable to the thread or round strap. Mostly because it’s softer and easier to conform with the medallion.I prefer this style to the other. But they are both nice. For the first style I’ve had a problem with the leather breaking. Or snapping after a while of use. I’d of expected the leather to relax with everyday wear. Instead it became brittle.Hoping the switch and this softer leather with shade maintains itself for the duration.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Update/Combat Flip Flop medallion for the wrist has a flaw of a tie rope that falls apart in a year from wear and tear. My solution is this leather. My only issue is the jewelry, the size of a quarter, with two holes the width of this leather, flips. Initially, the thread was so non-compliant and stiff I didn't think I could use this for the intended purpose.Several weeks of continuous wear relaxed the leather a tiny bit. The non-slip knot in the back hasn't come loose. The medallion still flips but less frequently while training the leather to relax.I'm happy not to have the thread for the medallion wearing out like before. Minus one star because the leather thread does not easily function and is requiring a day effort for conformity of use.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

My only bit of info to pass is that the cord i so slippery that it does not stayed tied. I wanted to use it for necklaces made for children as an art project.Knots require a bit of glue or they will slip out with a bit of pull.Nice material.

It looks very nice and strong but if you want to make a knot it comes undone quite fast.

Seems to be a good quality, way better deal than the Greek leather I used to buy at the craft store.

The hanger on one of my spatulas broke. This worked to replace it. Looks ok. Just fit the hole in the handle without having to re-drill. Now all my BBQ tools are hung where they belong on the rack.

Likes: Fast delivery. The measured size of 1.5mm is accurate. The dark brown colour shown on my monitor is also accurate.Dislikes: This cord has what feels like a plastic-y coating on it, which makes it very springy, not like leather at all. (I think there IS a leather cord there under it, but it's hard to tell) This shiny surface makes it hard to tie knots which will *stay* knotted. They want to undo themselves, which is somewhat frustrating.
