The laser was easy to setup and does a beautiful job on clear acrylic using black cardstock under the material and other materials doesn’t do metal though

It works it's not the best I would definitely recommend a chuck rotary to anybody looking to get into this.

I bought, what was advertised as the roller with lift but only receiver the roller... mind you the roller works as it should but I'm limited in engraving until I purchase the part that was advertised I'd get.

The Longer Rotary is such an easy setup and helped me create multiple new projects. I’ve been a Longer customer for over 3 years and their support and customer service does not disappoint. I’ve had a few issues with setup or something not working right and they are super responsive to get to the bottom of any problem to make sure the customer is satisfied.
