These have been working great in our smoker! We cut them to the exact size of the racks and all small foods stay securely in place with maximum smoke absorption.

We recently took a trip and took a few of those to use one those permanent grills in parks. Worked great, cleaned easily, and were easy to transport. Cleanup was easy, but we were ready to toss if necessary, but did not have to. Clean while meat is still soft if sticking.We have a dog that has to have a low-fat diet and he loves my home made chicken breast jerky. But it sticks to the dehydrator trays. I cut a few sheets to fit my machine, set to 170 degrees for 2.5 hrs and let it go. Air moves easily over the meat and through the mat without sticking. I just load them into the dishwasher when finished till next time when finished.

I got these for grilling chicken, which always sticks to the grill. I was surprised this product worked. But some pieces did stick to the mat but would release with a tug without tearing the chicken up. Still worth the money. The five pieces were enough for two grills. Clean-up was not so easy. I soaked them overnight in Dawn, but still had to scrub them to get the gunk off. Next time I will try scrubbing them first before soaking.

Purchased these to make jerky on. I do get some sticking but it does wash off fairly easily.

My husband was looking for some jerky racks for is smoker and these were a cheaper alternative that work great, and the fact that we could easily cut them to fit perfectly on his smoker racks was a big plus. Great product for the price.

At first the mats seemed fine, works as listed but after 3 months use, where I used 2 of them for 36 times combined both have burned through and are now unusable. Slightly disappointing

Love these. Have a set of solid mats, but these are great for in the smoker, where they are a godsend for smoking cheese. However, they work equally as will in my various grill. A great find at a affordable price.
