I use this product on my Weber cooking with reflected rather then direct heat. It goes in the middle with center burner off and two outside burners operating. At the very end of the cook I move over to open grates for sear and grill marks. Excellent product!

I absolutely love these mats! It’s made clean up of my grill so much easier. No scrubbing or worrying about the bristles of the scrub brush get onto the grates and no need to buy foil. They can be used on my charcoal grill and propane. I highly recommend them

We have a small gas grill. Using the grille mat I have not had to clean the grille other than a minor wipe with a cloth. Once the mat is cooled down, soap and water is all that is needed and the mat ready for the next cookout. Larger grilles might need multiple mats.

These help a lot when grilling fish and chicken and they don't fall through the grates. They are sturdy and can be used over and over again. I would definitely recommend this product.

I got these for the oven, to be honest. I was tired of having to scrub out the oven after baking pies that spilled over. I baked an apple pie right after I got them and of course, it leaked over. I was easily able to use metal tongs to pull them out of the bottom of the oven (I placed them under the coil). They cooled really fast, like literally in seconds I could fold it up with my hands and rinse off the apple pie leakage before it hardened. Then stick them back in.I didn't think about using them for anything else, but on a whim, I threw the extra 4 I had into the dry goods we took camping with us and I'm glad I did. We cooked bacon and chicken breasts over the campfire on these. Again, I used tongs to grab it off the flames after we were done cooking and it was cool enough to roll up seconds later. I used one under our portable BBQ when it accidentally caught the table on fire. It prevented it from catching on fire for the rest of the weekend. It was also nice because I didn't have to try to wash them at the campsite. I could just roll them up, stick them in a plastic baggie and wash them when I got home since I had a handful of them with me.

The first time I used these, I filled my whole propane grill with burgers. All the grease gathers on the mat, and essentially cooks the same as if in a pan on the stove top. Basically they are frying, not grilling. Then the grease pools up on the edges and when it spilled over the sides, I had some pretty bad flare ups. I bet these mats work much better with low fat meats and veggies. However, they were completely non stick and cleaned up well as advertised. I cooked the burgers on my lowest grill setting, but I think with the flare ups, the grill got a bit hotter than the mats are rated for and they bubbled up in some areas. I will probably only use these now when we go camping and have to use those dirty public grills. They get an "ok" from me.
