UPDATE: Loog is offering virtual product support and if we’re unable to resolve the issue they have agreed to replace it! ðŸ™ðŸ»UPDATE 2: although there wasn’t great directions in the packaging (for non-musicians), the customer service rep was polite and helpful … and successfully walked me through using the enclosed string winder to tighten the strings & pegs. I wish I had opened & visually inspected the guitar before Christmas morning so that we could’ve resolved the issue sooner. But it’s working great now! 😊My daughter just opened this on Christmas morning & one of the 3 strings was already broken out of the box. Apparently since I did my Christmas shopping early (October), I don’t see an option to return it!

Bought this for my four year old grandson who loves to play music. My son tuned it and it stays in tune really well perfect size for a four-year-old.

It's a good size for kids, looks lovely and plays well until one day we woke up to find one string had fallen off. I contacted customer service via email on their website but no response. :(

The guitar arrived and looked beautiful. We gave it to our son for Christmas. Within an hour of opening and playing with it, one of the strings snapped. For the price, I was a little shocked the string snapped so quickly. The other reason I am rating this as a 1 star review is the customer service responsiveness. I reached out to Loog about the string and haven’t heard back. It’s only been a week, so maybe response time is a little slow around the holidays. But I was expecting some sort of response.

These little guitars really are something special. The construction is of very high quality, as is the finish. My 6yo is really enjoying playing alongside her daddy, and we can play the same tabs, with the realization that this guitar only has the bottom three stings of a normal 6 string. Perfect for little hands and weak fingers.

3 strings says it all. I got this because 3 strings was to get me started. I love it got me wanting a 6 string now. Great confidence and i have learned the basic chords using this. That is what i expected anyway you can't expect more it is what it is. Curious mind about the playing a guitar. Love it and leaned to move up
