We got this as a gift for our mom and she loves it so much, and I would even go so far as to say it might be her favorite gift she's ever received. She gets so excited whenever new pictures come in. It's super easy to download the app, create an account, and start adding pictures from there; and anyone who has it can add pictures as long as they have the log-in information, it doesn't have to be from only one person's phone. You get set up a timer for how often you want the picture to change, and for when you want it to stop scrolling through pictures for the day. It will pick back up in the morning.My niece also loves it because she loves to see pictures of herself and point out who everyone in each picture is, as you can scroll through them. So it's a great way to show your little pictures and work with them on who is who in your life!

Everyone in my family is obsessed with Loop. So easy for my aging parents to operate and I love simply texting photos from my phone to it. I can even write captions to photos I discovered the other day! BEST digital frame for ease of function

We have purchased two of these for grandparents and they are awesome. Family members can easily add photos through the app and even text (you still need the app). We can add photos to multiple frames with a simple click. It's a fun way for family members to share photos amongst themselves as well. Easy to set up and maintain. We plan to purchase additional for other family members!

Pros:Touch screen works well and is easy to navigate. App works great and it's very easy to add photos.Neutral:Screen brightness isn't the best even maxed out and viewing angles are good but not great. Probably about average for a touch screen though.Cons:Doesn't appear to be any way to upload photos from a laptop or desktop. There is a USB port on the back (which, oddly you need to remove the stand to connect to) but after plugging a cable in, it is recognized but no drivers can be found. The site doesn't mention the USB port at all so I assume it's just for programming purposes. Too bad.So: I copied all the photos from a flash drive to my phone. But then when I went to upload them to the frame, it only shows 325 out of 430 photos. The photos show up in the phone just fine but the app doesnt seem to be recognizing all of them. I have as of yet to figure out which ones are missing and why.Last night for the first time, it failed to turn on automatically out of sleep mode, then failed to go into sleep mode. No clue why.Update: I haven't figured out what is special about the photos that don't show up but I did figure out a work around. If the photos are in the default RECENTS album on the iphone (I haven't tried it with Android yet), some photos consistently do not show up in the app. But when I moved them to a new, separate folder, the app showed the photos just fine. So I downloaded all the photos onto the phone, moved them all to the album, then was able to import all of them without issue.

We got this for Christmas for my in laws and they rave about it. They love seeing photos both new and old from all 5 of their kiddos spread across the US. Quality picture and great storage—can even put different folders.We love that we can upload them remote, it’s essential since we all live so far away

We bought for a set of new grandparents. There granddaughter lives on the west coast and now they can see her every day! Super simple to add photos, even for the technically-challenged people. Really a great gift.

If you have multiple children in your family is an excellent source of gathering pictures, you send all the kids the app and they send you the pictures that they have. I highly recommend this for those grandparents that don’t have pictures that their children have that you would like to see

So I was super excited for this since we live across the country and I can update my mom by sending pictures. I am embarrassed by this Christmas gift…it has taken about two hours to download the five photos I have sent. I was hoping my brother could also send pictures. But at this download rate I am about to return it. I didn’t want a cheapy item and this had the best reviews….why doesn’t anyone mention the download rate?
