Sanding Process & Applications
Coarse Sanding: 40 Grit--120 Grit
Coarse grit sandpaper is a good choice for rough sanding and removing layers of old paint quickly, including rough sanding of polyester putty, steel plate and wood material.
Medium Sanding: 120 Grit--600 Grit
Medium grit sandpaper is suitable for feather sanding, grinding of polyester putty, aluminum plates, fiberglass, metal materials and wall shaping.
Fine Sanding: 600 Grit--1200 Grit
Finer grit sandpaper is great for fine sanding of polyester putty, wood finish work, paint primer and old paint, used for fine grinding and fine shaping of various materials.
Extra Fine Sanding: 1200 Grit--3000 Grit
Extra fine grit sandpaper is used for light sanding between coats of finish and to sand metal, hardwood, stone and other non-metallic materials.
Super Fine Sanding: 3000 Grit--10000 Grit
Super fine grit sandpaper is mainly used for mirror polishing of metal, stone, non-ferrous metal, water-based paint, glass and other objects.

Good adhesive, love the tab to help peel the backing off. For a disc without holes it still takes a good bit of material before it loads up. Would buy again for sure.

They do a good job sticking and staying in place. The sanding pads do not seem to last as long as they do in a different sander I have, yet still I am satisfied enough to purchase again.

I waited over a week longer than was expected. When I got the paper I found that the paper was almost see through, and the plastic backing doesn't come off very easy. 3/4 of the disk I got the tabs for removing the plastic backing were missing. This makes it so I have to use a razor blade to separate the paper from the backing. The paper doesn't last as long as the 3M paper I'm used to using. I will not be ordering this paper again.
