The sticker that I ordered is a little bit more professional than some as it has a clear coat film over the sticker, similar to like a screen protector just pull that off so you can get to the sticker. Not really any pixelation, well cut, nice color, this is the second one I've ordered from them the last one they accidentally cut the tip of the graphic off.
