This was kind of an impulse buy. Great price. The two "blocks" work well together (harmonically). Easy to install on my high-hat stand. Adds a nice nuance when needed. Imagination need not be expensive. :)

Order received timely and in good condition. Meets my needs(hand-held use) for studio recording and collaboration. Works well with a standard drum stick, striking with the butt of the stick for optimal tone production.

This item is great for the price. It does what it says it does and sounds how you would think it sounds. I have mine set up to be hit by double pedals. It’s perfect alignment with the 2 hammers. The only thing I don’t like about it is the colors. I wish there was an option to have them both in black. Still 5 stars as far as being exactly as advertised.

The larger of these two is just fine for making a tock tock noise.. but the smaller one just makes a tick tick.These are a bit smaller than I expected, but that's okay because they're for a kids drum set. They're not too loud which is great but I would think that would be a bad thing for someone who wants to modulate the level of sound they would be able to get.Just get one good cowbell.

The wing nut that tightens this onto a stand is unusable. It’s clearly the wrong size and doesn’t tighten at all, leaving this flopping around on any stand you put it on. It seizes when you try to remove it as well, so you cannot replace the wingnut. Save your money and buy literally anything else.
